It also does not matter if two people agree that something is right. or if a majority agrees with it ...right & wrong should not be subjected to majority rule.

Who does decide what is right and what is wrong?  And how is it measured?  Is a plumb-line used?  Or is the standard adjusted according to society's whims?

If it is agreed that God decides what is right and wrong, is it also agreed that all who believe that to be true ...should truly follow that?
